Scope first, then a fixed fee
It starts with a short scoping call. We then quote a fixed fee per stage where the scope allows, and confirm scope, deliverables and reporting in writing before any work starts.
Conflicts
DDES also advises contractors on tenders. We check for conflicts before every engagement and won't act for both the principal and a bidder on the same work.

After a serious incident, what you record and do in the first days is what the regulator, your insurer and your principal will look at. We help you get it right: notification support, a running chronology and evidence record, and a final report. Fixed fee, business hours only. This is not an emergency service.
