Psychosocial Risk Review
Queensland law requires you to manage psychosocial hazards like fatigue, workload and isolated work the same way you manage physical ones. We assess yours, consult your workers and give you a documented control plan.
We identify the psychosocial hazards that apply to your workforce, such as fatigue and roster design, workload, isolated work, conflict, bullying and exposure to traumatic events. We consult your workers and document the risk assessment and control plan expected under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld) and the Managing the risk of psychosocial hazards at work Code of Practice 2022.
