Estimate Review
A missed item or a thin rate can wipe out the margin on a fixed-price job. We review your estimate before you submit and show you where it's exposed.
We check your quantities and rates, then test the estimate against the ways fixed-price civil work usually loses money: rate compression, programme slippage, plant downtime, weather, retention timing, subcontractor default and unpriced scope. You get the estimated dollar exposure for each, and a clear recommendation: submit as priced, re-price specific items, or don't bid.
Contractors pricing civil, earthmoving or agricultural work over about $200k, where one pricing miss costs more than the review.
