Site Safety Review
Paperwork in order doesn't mean the site is safe. We walk your site, find how a serious incident could actually happen, and give you a control, owner and due date for each gap.
A compliance audit asks whether the paperwork is in order. This review asks what sequence of decisions, gaps and conditions on the site as it currently runs could lead to a serious injury, and it deals with each one. We walk the site, speak with supervisors and operators, and compare your SWMS and registers against what's happening on the ground.
Contractors with active sites, especially before a regulator visit or principal audit, after a near miss, or after taking over a business or crew.
