Incident Response
After a serious incident, what you record and do in the first days is what the regulator, your insurer and your principal will look at. We help you get it right: notification support, a running chronology and evidence record, and a final report. Fixed fee, business hours only. This is not an emergency service.
This is not an emergency service. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm AEST.
If anyone is injured or in danger, call 000. If the incident is notifiable, you must notify Workplace Health and Safety Queensland immediately, whether or not you have contacted us. Intake received outside business hours is picked up from 7am the next business day.
For a serious injury or illness, a death, a dangerous incident, or an inspector on site. Once we have your intake within business hours, you get an initial assessment and action plan. We then help you meet your notification obligations, set up a running chronology and evidence record, and write the final incident report.
